Send us a photo, video of the damage and we will organise an immediate replacement.

This is where we need to be a little more stringent.  FAR TOO MANY con-artists out there, pretending that their order didn’t arrive and claiming refunds.

We don’t play that game, if we have tracking info with photographic proof that your item was delivered. Don’t try to play that game.

Obviously, if your order doesn’t arrive and we can confirm that, we will send a replacement asap
